How do I calculate how much tile I need for my project?
We recommend measuring the total square footage of your space and adding a 10-15% buffer for cuts, waste, and future repairs. For complex patterns like herringbone, consider adding 20%.
What is the typical lead time for shipping?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, transit times range from 2-7 days depending on your location and the weight of the shipment.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Since tile colors can vary based on screen settings and lighting, our sample program allows you to see the texture and finish in your own home.
What happens if my tiles arrive damaged?
While we pack our tiles with extreme care, breakages can occur during transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any damage with photos within 48 hours to initiate a replacement.
Can I return unused tiles after my project is finished?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Are your tiles suitable for both floor and wall applications?
Product suitability varies by material. While most of our porcelain tiles are rated for both floors and walls, certain glass or decorative mosaics are intended for wall use only. Please check the product specifications for the PEI rating.
