At Elite Tile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation projects. If your tile selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and undamaged materials in their original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions.
- 2.Prepare Your Shipment
Securely pack the tiles in their original boxes with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
- 3.Ship the Items
Send your package via a tracked carrier of your choice; we recommend purchasing shipping insurance as Elite Tile is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality and quantity, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
